Wildlife Aid Foundation

Overview

Wildlife Aid Foundation (WAF) wanted a content-heavy site that could provide key information to their visitors about the services they provide and how they look after injured animals. This build was really fun as it included using Craft Commerce and leveraging it to handle their online sales of products (which they use to raise money for a noble cause).

The site is built using a "block first" approach that allows the team at Wildlife Aid Foundation to build out and scaffold pages using a library of blocks. This is great as it lets them build out rapid content without needing to always request changes.

Using Craft Commerce allowed us to keep the system simple by only using one admin that they can manage (with varying degrees of permissions). They then use this to list and manage the sales of all their products. Although it's not an overly complex commerce integration, it was good to provide the customers with a clear and concise way to get from product to checkout.
